Updated 03/29/2007 I wrote a guide to buying super telephoto lenses if you're on a budget. It's possible, sort of. I also finished reviews of my beloved Canon 100-400mm F/4.5-5.6L IS USM and Sigma 500mm F/4.5 EX APO USM. In other news I replaced my beaten down Canon Digital Rebel 300D with the new Canon Digital Rebel 400D XTi, and it's quite a difference. I was hoping that Canon was going to release an update to the 30D -- which I then would have gone for -- but they didn't. Oh well. Enjoy the articles!
Updated 03/04/2007 The long awaited page of pictures from India is up. No Indian wildlife photography site would be complete without a couple of tiger photos, and I was lucky enough to get some in Ranthambore National Park, which was quite a thrill.
Updated 02/27/2007 More wallpapers are now posted in addition to the ones that have been up for a while.
Updated 02/15/2007 Check out my review of the Canon Digital Rebel 300D (the original Digital Rebel). Incidentally I've officially run mine into the ground and am imminently looking to replace it. I just got back from trips to Periyar National Park (SW India), Ranthambore NP (NW India), and Keoladeo Ghana NP (NW India), so photos should be up shortly.
Updated 01/30/2007 I updated the research page so that it now actually reflects what I've been doing for the past 6 months.
Updated 01/14/2007 I added two articles: my suggestions for nature and photography books, and some tips for photography composition.
